Cogmap is the Wikipedia of organization charts. It is a collection of organization charts online that anyone can edit, add to, and help maintain.

CogMap is a tool for sales people, entrepreneurs, and recruiters to understand organizations and keep information up to date. You might have faced had some of these situations ..

It helps create charts with Ajax and DHTML, You can customize the chart by Drag and Drop feature. Editing and Adding is very easy and ofcourse the application is Cool ! . You can create a Company or perhaps a Family Tree. Its pretty interesting how CogMap works.

Google has released its new tool, the Google Book Search. It features many Cool features. There are no load times when flipping pages, as most pages are pre-loaded while you are reading.You can scroll through the pages of books by scrolling down your mouse. Its no different than scrolling a web page or a office document. You can use the left and right arrows to flip pages, as if you were holding the book.You can read the book, or download it to PDF. And of course, you can purchase a copy of the book from selected retailers.

Zeedex gives you suggestions to help expand your search. When you find a term you’re interested in, click on it and that term will be put into the search box. The lists are created and edited by users. It’s like having a list of topic suggestions right at hand to help you find what you’re looking for.
The creator, Russell Miller running a promotion right now, where if you create a list, you can also include a free text ad for your site. This is a great way to promote your site by sharing information on a topic you know a lot about.

Nokia is going Web 2.0 ! Its trying to make its browsers support Ajax.This article offers an outline of AJAX issues on the Nokia Web Browser. It opens the discussion - and makes a case - for developers to begin considering the benefits from using this technology. Forum Nokia plans to begin a series of publications aimed at helping developers bring much more dynamic and engaging content onto mobile browser screens.

Basically, the purpose of the document is to start a discussion (espessially with web developers) about how to ensure that mobile users gain the same benefits from AJAX technology as those who are browsing from their desktop PCs. Nokia aims to collect and publish a set of best practices and guidelines for general AJAX development that targets mobile Internet access via the new Nokia Web Browser.

Although Nokia’s latest S60 browser is truly an amazing experience , it still can’t be called complete yet. As there are Challenges encountered in this trial, Many AJAX patterns are impossible to use without a mouse or touchscreen, for example:

• The click/drag method used in A9 maps.
  • AJAX effect does work, but too slowly (much data transfer, processing power needed).
  • Application map area is too small or squeezed. Mobile screen size needs to be considered.
• Drag-and-drop, using an AJAX-based shopping basket.
• “Hover here” for pop-up details. Pop-up might be off-screen in mobile browser with no means to navigate to it.
