xDrive is a new online storage and file sharing service. Though at first it sounded like Gdrive or Gmail drive, it is a bit different. It offers a secure 5GB to unlimited gigabytes of online storage for a small payment, starting from 10$ a month. It also gives free trial for a start.
But in the ever growing file sharing services like youtube, rapidshare, wikiupload etc. would be a hard competitors for Xdrive as those offer good quality services for much lower or nill price along with great features. It’s really amazing to see how big file sharing is getting, according to alexa’s ranking system, YouTube is ranked higher that MySpace. :)

The year ends ! Tomorrow’s a whole new tomorrow, with lots of crappy resolutions, work and much more…. Still this year was the best. Mr.2005 did give me many things, from my new PC to a source of income. Infact it kind of gave me an existence. From my website’s stats, in the last 4 months itself, about 90,479 new people knew me :) . I’ve started 2 new websites, One of which is doing pretty well too. Made few wordpress themes Hoping for a very pleasent year ahead better than 05. :D

This Mac OS skined, Browser in a browser Ajax application is simple sweet, with a refreshing layout Gollum seaches wikipedia at superb pace. Gollum gives you access to nearly all Wikipedias in all languages. Gollum is based on PHP and Javascript using XMLHttp request for communication, Ajax. Gollum is a GPL and it’s source code will be available soon.
