Searchmach is the latest lil buzz around, its new search from Google, though does not state anywhere that it is a part of Google. A quick whois lookup shows the search engine on Google’s server. searchmash basically has few differences compared to normal google search.
- It shows up a bit different results.
- Few image previews of the query shows up in the right side.
- Clicking URL of a web result opens up a menu of options for viewing the URL or refining the query.
- The results can be reordered by clicking the number next to a result and dragging it around. Though this is just for fun right now.
- Click the “more results” bar at the bottom of the page (or hit the space bar) to load more results and automatically scroll down to view them.

It is really having easy interface,and the search result is also unlimited like google. Now i’m going to use “searchmash.com” instead of google for searching purpose.

Hey buddy you missed this page…
http://www.searchmash.com/about/privacy.html page clearly tells that its a Google Website! No need for whois confirmation.

Nice interface and nice search results too (along with image search results at the bottom of the page). But i noticed that most of the search results are more or less same as Google result. Did u notice?
